Hi, I’m Cassie Carroll. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also CPR and AED certified with the American Heart Association. After years of maintaining a healthy lifestyle with dance and cheer, I knew that this was the right path for me. I started weight lifting regularly and loved the way it made me feel, as well as the new strength that I had found in myself both mentally and physically. My approach is balanced with no extreme measures taken to reach your goals. I want all of my clients to succeed and be able to sustain their results for a lifetime!

Jennifer Dominguez
National Bikini Competitor & Body Sculpting Coach

Jennifer Dominguez uses her “girl next door” charm inside and outside of the gym…
Raised with strong family values and a deep sense of self, she always had a passion for
connecting with people and making a positive impact in whichever goal she pursued. It
was that outgoing personality that helped her excel in High School student council, dance
team, cheerleading, and swim. With a strong foundation of discipline and commitment
ingrained at an early age, she stayed busy and always kept pushing forward with her
positive spirit.

A graduate from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications,
Jennifer spent the early part of her career working in television news for KABC-TV,
and then went on to work for Emmy Nominated reality star & dog behaviorist, Cesar
Millan “The Dog Whisperer,” as his Executive Assistant. With 10 hour work days behind
a desk, and coffee and bagels as her only source of nutrition, Jennifer began to pack on
the pounds and feel miserable. Her passion for life and her sense of energy was lacking.
She finally reached a breaking point, and decided to take action. She enrolled in a gym
and hired a personal trainer. Every day she would incorporate 30 minutes of exercise at
her desk and she started taking healthy meals to work. After losing weight, and feeling
alive again, she discovered her purpose…to work in the health & fitness industry, and
teach others how to take control of their lives. She was on a fitness mission!

Her first goal to tackle was compete in a fitness competition. After placing first at the
California State Bodybuilding, Figure, & Bikini Championships, she continued on to
Las Vegas to grace the national stage at the USA’s. Jennifer learned to eat, breathe,
and live the competition prep regimen. In two years, she tightened up her program,
implemented the principles of clean eating into her daily routine, and made a complete
body transformation. Her competitive record is as follows:

2010 NPC California State Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships 1st Place
2010 NPC West Coast Classic Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships 2nd Place
2010 NPC USA Championships 9th Place
2011 NPC San Diego Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships 1st Place
2011 NPC Emerald Cup Championships 2nd Place
2011 NPC USA Championships 4th Place

Since leaving the corporate world in 2009 Jennifer has dedicated her life to enhancing
the lives of others. Currently certified through Private Trainers Association (PROP.T.A)
as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Wellness Coach, Jennifer’s philosophy of health is
based on her “Balance Triangle.” The points of this triangle are the emotional plane, the
mental plane, and the physical plane. It takes all three working correctly to achieve an
ultimate healthy well-being. Jennifer’s goal is to help her clients connect with all three
planes to start them on their fitness path. With a compassionate understanding and upbeat
approach to personal and physical wellness, Jennifer has inspired and motivated many of
her clients to achieve outstanding results and maintain an overall healthy lifestyle.

Diane Bechtle
Diane@TrainerLady.com
Having been 50 pounds overweight in my early 20′s, I understand what feelings my clients are experiencing when they come to see me. Getting back in shape wasn’t a matter of discipline (if it was, I would have just done it). It involved changing the way I looked at health, nutrition, exercise — and myself. It’s been a lifelong journey, learning how to make changes that last.
That’s my approach with my clients — developing a relationship, understanding their perspective and shaping a process to guide them back to health. I provide a customized program for each client, from teens to seniors, that exactly meets their life situation. Lasting change only happens when our perspective changes — so I provide a whole-person approach that positions each client for a lifetime of success.

My personal journey motivated me to help others do the same. I’ve worked as a fitness professional for over 30 years, starting by teaching aerobics classes in Phoenix (including leg warmers and headbands and a boom box . . . ) as well as water aerobics. I was the owner and co-founder of Inspirational Fitness, providing fitness programs in churches throughout the Phoenix area. In 1990 I moved to Southern California and began my career in personal fitness training, becoming ACE certified and training clients in both home and gym settings. I am also a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist which enables me to help cancer patients through the challenges of that journey.

Exercise has to be fun, motivating and challenging. That’s why I stay current on the latest techniques, to provide more variety and tools for my clients. From free weights and exercise machines to TRX, battling ropes, kettle bells and medicine balls, we’ll make sure you have plenty of “toys” to eliminate boredom from your workouts.

I’ve been on both sides of the fitness fence. That’s why I can identify with what you’re feeling, and why I’m so passionate about helping you reach your goals and change your life.

It would be a privilege to partner with you on your personal journey!

Hello, I’m Jason Littleton. Exercise has been a part of my life from the age of 5, when my uncles intrigued me with push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. As I got older my love for fitness grew immensely, and I started where most do: with traditional bodybuilding movements and routines. This is when I really developed my passion for fitness. I began to share my passion with others when I started working for 24 Hour Fitness in June 2008 where I earned my N.A.S.M, N.C.S.F, and N.E.S.T.A certified personal trainer certifications and achieved the position of Master Trainer. I also developed a style of training that helped me set myself apart from the rest. By trying different techniques and movements, I found that blending different styles of strength, power, and functional training, kept me strong and healthy for all my daily activities. Some of the tools I use to get my heart rate up and get me moving involve the TRX, kettel bells, battling ropes, hammer swings, tire flips as well as the traditional free weights and cable machines.
My main focus is to help you develop an understanding of fitness and its benefits based on your individual lifestyle and goals, I want to answer your questions and share what I know with you, so you become your own personal trainer. At the end of the day it’s all about enjoying our lives and I want to give you the tools to enjoy life to its fullest. I pride myself on bringing the PERSONAL aspect of training to every session, and it’s a commitment I live by. So ask for Jason when you come down to Fitness 1 and let’s take the next step together. COMMIT or SUBMIT!

Alan has been involved in sports/athletics for 30+ years. Alan was a 3-sport athlete in High School and college, also participated in Pro/Am leagues as well as at the professional level.

Alan decided to pursuer a career in athletic training/athletic movement, along with health and fitness to improve his own performance on the field. It was here, where he mastered knowledge of the body, movement, speed, flexibility, quickness along with “functional”/ sport specific power, strength and balance.

Alan has been ACE Certified for well over 15 years and has acquired the knowledge and expertise in various fitness disciplines which include Sports Specific (functional) training, Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology, Exercise Psychology, Proprioceptive (balance) Training, Sports Nutrition…just to name a few.

Alan truly believes in the importance of developing well-balanced individuals in the areas of health and fitness at any level. Teaching individuals/athletes the importance of proper health, fitness, nutrition, movement, goal setting, and self respect, are the basic fundamentals and foundation to Alan’s training methods.

Alan strongly feels that our job is not just to fill up an hour for an individual/athlete with as many drills or exercises as possible. Our job is to put the crosshairs on the problem and come at that problem 3 or 4 different ways. From a functional movement stand point, from a force production and reduction stand point and clean that athlete/person up. The best trainers and coaches of all time quickly identify the weakness, the other trainers and coaches just basically maximize the strength of an individual/athlete.

One of his favorite quotes is: “The will to win is not as important as the will to prepare to win.”

Other Certifications: FMS Certified, Longevity Wellness Specialist, Sports Psychology Certified, CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified.

You might also recognize Alan as a regular on TV shows such as “The Jamie Foxx Show,” “Veronica’s Closet,” “The Bold and the Beautiful,” as well as guest starring on many other hit shows including “Friends,” “Arliss,” “Veronica’s Mars”….and many others.
